Spacious rooms with comfortable amenities made the stay enjoyable, complemented by excellent breakfast options, including homemade ice cream that my family adored. The staff were welcoming and attentive, particularly during breakfast, which elevated our experience. While the location is slightly removed from local transport options, parking was sufficient. However, I had hoped for an updated room as we didn't receive one during our visit.

Comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.
During my stay, I was quite disappointed with the lack of proper A/C in the second bedroom, as it became unbearable without air circulation. The shower was another issue. the doors didn’t close properly, causing water to leak everywhere. Additionally, the hotel is quite isolated, making it hard to find nearby dining options.

We had a great stay at this charming hotel while visiting the Kaiserslautern Zoo. The room was spacious and immaculate, perfect for our family with a small baby. Plus, the breakfast spread was amazing. my kids loved it just like the whiskey tasting event we attended!
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids around. The courtyard was nice but attracted some smoke, which wasn't pleasant.

A whiskey tasting to remember
Our stay was elevated by the exceptional whiskey tasting with Ralf. He engaged us with fascinating stories and paired it with an amazing meal.
The electric outlet in the restroom was missing, which made it inconvenient for my electric shaver during the stay.
